Power Yoga Classes are offered on Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings. These classes are for those who want to fine tune their skills and
get the added benefits of a good workout. These classes are physical and Ashtanga based. Great Teachers Kuroki, Reggie and Monidca are all certified
in this unique style of yoga.
Strength and Tone Classes are taught on Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings. These classes are great if you want a good cardio workout, it is flow yoga
and it will get your blood pumping and your heart moving. Very good for people who like a creative outlet and a new approach as every class
is different. Becky has a certification in Vinyasa Style Yoga and Viniyoga
Basic classes are offered on Mondays at 5:30 Pm and on Wednesdays at 9:45 AM - These classes are based on a more therapeutic style of yoga based on the principles of Viniyoga which is a wellness based approach to yoga.
Flow and Relax class is offered on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM by Tara, Gentle flow yoga class with some relaxing stretching
Stretch and Flow on Tuesday mornings with Deanna Nagle, 500 ERYT works on a different theme each week. Very helpful for new students of yoga.
Mixed Level and Restore on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM with Mariella - a nice calming class with lots of retorative poses.
BARRE FUSION: This is a very popular class that combines the popular Barre Poses with small weights, pilates and core exercises. Very similar to BARRE 3
Becky Dawson is a certified BARRE Instructor
Mixed Level classes are good for all levels and are mostly hatha based with some flow added. Saturday and Sundays are great for everyone
Mindfulness Meditaiton is offered once per month at Yoga Cise on Thursday Evenings (see schedule)
Restorative class is offered on Wednesday at Yoga Cise once per month, the first Wednesday of the month.
